Change Lessons from Adventure Photography 3 – Trail run, East Sussex, December 2025
We often look to the top of the organisational hierarchy to design and deliver complex change. Yet in every organisation there are people who, regardless of title, thrive in the hardest conditions. They have deep relationships with those they serve and work alongside. They are the people others trust and turn to, regardless of title.
For change that actually works, these people need to be deliberately identified, meaningfully involved, and listened to — not as a gesture, but as part of how change is shaped and delivered.
